This anchor clamp (also known as a dead end clamp) is designed for securing and tensioning aerial bundled cables (ABC) in low voltage overhead line systems. Insulation piecring connector prooerty:It is mainly used for branch connection,succession and grounding protection for 20kV,10kV and 1kV or below:
1.Simple installation:Put the main wire and the branch wire directly on the right place without wire stripping.Tighten the shear head evenly by wrench.
2.Low resistance and low temperature-rise:The spcial bolts can ensure equal piercing pressure for superior electric contact and less wire damage,so that make sure the normal service life of the pierced wire.
3.Sealing structure with good insulation:tight insulated lining and enough compound to ensure the insulation function in good control when connector used outdoors.

According to EN50483 standaed,Strong PA66 cover with 1.5 times torque force testing without problem.High hardness Al alloy or Cu teeth with tin plated.Stable shear head force keep±1Nm.Same hardness of nut and bolt thread,prevent form thread broken.UVprotected plastic.Hot dip,dacromet or chroming galvanization,prevent from oxidation and corrosion.Some type can be used for underwater of 6kV withstand voltage,and compact structure of PVC or rubber lining with teeth and body to prevent from leakage.
