The 33kV Outdoor High Voltage Electrical Distribution Standard Fuse Cutout is designed for overhead distribution networks that require precise circuit protection, reliable fault isolation, and durable outdoor performance. Made from high-strength porcelain or polymer housing, corrosion-resistant metal fittings, and a drop-out mechanism for visible disconnection, this 33kV fuse cutout enhances system safety and ensures stable operation in harsh outdoor environments.
High performance of weather aging resistance
For porelain insulator, the porcelain body connects with hardware fitting by cement
pouring, we use the (por-rok)ANCHORING cement manufactured by CGM INC from
USA. This kind of cement has rapid solidification, high mechanical strength, low
expansion coefficient and superior weather resistance.
For polymer insulator, the hardware fitting crimped onto fiberglass rod, material of housing and sheds manufacture of high-temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber, and the insulator moulded by one piece injection molding. It has good sealing performance and good performance of tracking and erosion resistance.
All ferrous parts processed by hot dip galvanized, its zinc coating more than 86u, it has
good corrosion resistance.

33kV overhead distribution lines
Rural and urban power distribution networks
Feeder line sectionalizing and branch protection
Transformer primary protection (pole-mounted)
Industrial zone overhead power systems
High-pollution / coastal / high-humidity installation sites
• Install the fuse cutout on a utility pole using galvanized brackets and stainless steel straps.
• Connect incoming and outgoing conductors to each terminal using proper torque.
• Insert the fuse tube and secure the drop-out latch.
• When a fault occurs, the fuse tube drops visibly to signal disconnection.
• After safety confirmation, re-install a new fuse link for quick restoration.

Q1: What is the main function of the 33kV fuse cutout?
A1: It protects distribution lines by interrupting faults and providing visible isolation.
Q2: Can the fuse cutout operate in extreme weather conditions?
A2: Yes, the porcelain/polymer body and galvanized hardware ensure long-term outdoor durability.
Q3: How often does the fuse link need replacement?
A3: Only when a fault occurs or when routine inspection identifies wear.
Q4: Is it compatible with existing 33kV pole-mounted systems?
A4: Yes, it is fully compatible with standard 33kV distribution structures.
